Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for merchandise that was faulty or broken when received. We do not accept returns for reasons of preference, buyer's remorse, or accidental purchases.

To request a return, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. Include a photo and description of the issue.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds are only granted for defective or damaged items reported within the return window. Refunds will not be issued once the cassette has been opened or played.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or need to dispute an issue, contact us first. Nullvolt handles all disputes directly — third-party payment disputes may result in removal from future purchase eligibility.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship from deep south Texas. We dispatch within 3–5 business days of your order.

Domestic orders (US) usually arrive in 5–10 business days. International orders may take 2–4 weeks, depending on your local customs and courier.

We do not ship to countries restricted by U.S. law. Orders placed to these locations will be canceled and refunded.

Once we hand your package to the carrier, it’s out of our loop. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misrouted shipments.
